In case of a mechanical problem

This service is for cyclists who have basic bicycle mechanic skills. You are responsible for keeping the bike in good shape during the tour.

In case of mechanical trouble during the tour, we can provide online guidance on how to fix the issue and help you locate a nearby bike shop. However, please note that the issue will need to be resolved by the guests in the field, and you need to pay the cost of repairing.

If there is any problem with the bicycle we provided at the first stage, we will cover the costs, so please let us know the situation.

You are responsible for any damage or loss of the bicycle and equipment. We may charge up to JPY 50,000 for damages.
