There are many bike shops, even those in a small town, that offer Panasonic bicycle service. You can go as long as 80km per battery on flat road, and around 60km with the hills of 500m of total ascent. Spare battery and charger is included, you can go as long as 160km on flat road, and 120km with the hills of 1000m of total ascent with 2 batteries.
